- Families get stable care: Parents get easy access to flexible, licensed care. We handle everything — meals, supplies, and ECE-certified staff. Your team stays focused on work.

PARTNERSHIP PRICING Clear Drop-In Rate Ranges
Lock in per-session rates across age groups. Hourly and full-day options are available, with evening blocks for non-traditional schedules. Specific rates and partnership prices are shared during your discovery conversation. Book a call.

$7–$15 per hour, by age group
FULL DAY
$65–$110 per day, by age group
EVENING BLOCK
$40–$75 per evening (6:00 pm to 10:00 pm), by age group
Partnership pricing — including monthly credits, designated seats, and pooled care budgets — is structured for your organization. Rates locked in upon signed agreement.
FEDERAL TAX CREDIT · SECTION 45F Get 40–50% Back On What You Invest
Starting January 1, 2026, the expanded Section 45F Employer-Provided Child Care Credit allows eligible businesses to claim a significant portion of qualified childcare expenses, and contracting with a licensed third-party provider like BBC qualifies for that credit.
SMALL BUSINESS
50% Credit on qualified expenses, up to $600,000 per year
LARGER EMPLOYER
40% Credit on qualified expenses, up to $500,000 per year
Small businesses are defined under the IRC §448(c) gross receipts test (under ~$32M average). The credit is nonrefundable and applies only against federal income tax liability. BBC does not provide tax advice — please consult your tax advisor or CPA to determine eligibility and confirm how this applies to your organization.

Traditional childcare runs 6:30 am – 5:30 pm and requires full-time enrollment. That doesn’t fit how a lot of your team actually works. At BBC, we have them covered with convenient hours and flexible booking.

Our 6:00 am–10:00 pm hours cover early shifts, late meetings, weekend training, and evening rotations. Manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, and retail teams especially benefit.

Drop-in care with as little as 30 minutes' notice means last-minute coverage is always available. No waitlist, no phone tag, no scrambling.
Backup for full-time care breakdowns
